Little Suede Truck Specifications

The Chevrolet Assembly Manual says it weighs just under 3300 pounds. Right now there aren't enough pieces in one place to weigh it.

It came with a numbers matching 235, but that gone. Soon it will I have a Chevrolet small block. Either a 305 from a '78 Monte Carlo or a Targetmaster 350 from the van I parted out. Either way it gets a Tubo 350.

The original suspension is no longer under it. I have the complete suspension from the '78 Monte Carlo lined up and ready to go under it. Sport optioned suspension, front disk brakes and positraction. Don't ask about the rear gears, 2.29 seems embarassing, but with the current price of gas might be nice...

The cab is a standard 3-window, but I just bought a '54 GMC 4-window parts truck. The cab isn't great and I think it may donate its top and back to make the '54 Chevy into a 5-window.

It does not have an electrical system. Seats. Radio, heater, windows.... Soon!
