At noon today I  picked up the turned brake drums. After work I picked up the new wheels for the rear. And on the way home from the tire shop I grabbed the brake shoes. I already had the wheel cylinders. Unfortunately I've already committed all my evenings this week, so it will be Friday before I can put it all together...  Sure a good thing I had the foresight to take Friday off this week! I arranged  the vacation day months ago!

Today everything went so well I'm eager to get started on the disk brake conversion for the front!
